    I did not receive the merchandise. When I contacted the seller they asked me to check again. I felt that was appropriate. When we still could not find it they promptly refunded our money. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

    2 times I was sent improper packaging on my order. The box the fry cutter comes in is not a proper package to send through the mail. It's made of the thinnest cardboard you can get. I even suggested to the seller to put the box in another type of packaging to protect it during shipping. Wouldn't you know they shipped the replacement out the exact same way the first one was sent. It's laughable that this seller is willing to send out 2 of their products only to have it come up as another loss.
