  Item sent via wrong carrier - one with which I have frequent problems and which I never use by choice - in error. On this occasion, after a delay of several days, the item was delivered, apparently exactly as described. In the meantime, on being told of their error the seller had without being asked immediately refunded my money by way of an apology and told me to keep the item free of charge if it arrived. The original error notwithstanding, outstanding customer service thereafter.

  Recommended: Gracious and friendly seller, prompt dispatch, item as described. Seller also assisted with a special request to help minimise the risk of damage in transit, which was much appreciated. They made an extra effort here with their excellent protective packaging, using a cardboard box, air pillows, along with separate cardboard and bubble wrap. Thank you for the efficient, hassle-free and pleasant transaction.

  Fantastic Transaction.Gillingham Catering Company's website was easy to scroll through showing everything that I was looking for and more,at reasonable and very competitive pricing.The photograph's were spot on and the GCC kept me informed on the progress of the purchase, and even changed the posting arrangements to suit me.Everything arrived in a pristine condition as the packaging kept everything from being damaged.
