    First and foremost the packaging was great. Shipping was great. We had discussed the listing as I believed it was wrong. I as a buyer should have known the description was wrong but we had discussed it and the seller assured me it was correct. After receiving the item it was not correct, but it was a bottle that I did not have in my collection and I told the seller that I would keep it. The seller refunded my money on the entire transaction. I believe this to be exceptional as a seller.

    Wonderfully positive experience! Item was exactly as described. Packaging was very diligent for the fragile item. Shipping fees were very reasonable, and a value compared to other sellers for the same item. The order was processed quickly, even over a holiday weekend.     Shipping was super fast !! Packaging was above and beyond. A beautiful set of glassware as described. Had little problem with order . No fault of seller.
