Fast shipping, arrived well packaged with warranty card. However, the watch wasn't running. I asked seller what I should do. Didn't hear back after 4 days, so took to a local Luminox dealer. They said battery was dead and charged me $35 for replacement. Messaged seller, after two days they said they would credit me $20 if I contacted them first. Summary-great product and shipping, mediocre service after sale.

It came in a new name brand retail box with tags, & watch was wrapped in new protective wrapping, so it definitely wasn't used, it's brand new, just like advertised. The watch looked better in person than the pictures showed, I am very pleased.
