Seller didn't ship the item until I had started to file the item as not shipped at the end of the shipping received date. Item was shipped without padding in a box. It looked nothing like the photo, it had one eye, very disturbing to look at if you're a Hello Kitty fan. Trust me I was sad that it didn't workout. There should've been a true photo of the item and selling at a lower cost.

I did not receive 4 of the sweatpants promised in the listing, which is 33% of my order. The seller’s inclusion of a bunch of non-conforming items, including, used lotion creams and shorts and bras , in the shipment does not make up for the noted shortfall. I feel cheated but don’t have the energy or time to go through the refund process.
