The seller wrote back immediately and fortunately this seller understands the condition of an item matters, so they were going to do that anyway. The item arrived in a box with lots of bubble wrap, and the seller curled the edges of the tape on the bubble wrap, so it was easy to remove. Item looks exactly like the listing photo. A++++
