    The seller's communication was good. Delivery time was okay. However, this item was described as 'new' in the listing but the packet was a bit worse for wear when it arrived and the packet had clearly been opened although the contents were untouched (see photos attached). You really have to be careful how you describe something when selling. When someone thinks they're buying something new, they expect it to look new.
