The car itself was in perfect condition although the box was torn at both ends. Since it was described as new I contacted the seller to see if I could get a discount but they said I should return it to Ebay. Not worth the hassle to return it because the car was undamaged. I was disappointed with response I received from Tainz. I have purchased many items from them and found their customer service dept. better before
