Item was as pictured and noted condition. Seller was very responsive and took a personal interest in an issue that was with the shipper...being at not fault of his own. We kept in touch and he is working on an adjustment from the shipper. He had, at no additional cost to me, upgraded the shipping. I WOULD DEFINATELY PURCHASE AGAIN FROM THIS SELLER AND REFER OTHERS.
