It doesn’t matter that she’s not stainless, or that she doesn’t have WiFi… she works well and that’s enough for me. The item was headed in the wrong direction (due to the USPS error) and the seller kept track of its progress along with me! Kept me in the loop until it was delivered. Very well packaged.

The carrier USPS sent the item on a X-country tour but the seller was very helpful and monitored the shipment. It eventually arrived. If it hadn't been for USPS issues I probably would've had the part in a couple of days instead of 10 days. But again they were very responsive and engaged. Contact them after the sale if you have specific shipping requests, they are flexible. The (used) part worked and fixed my dryer. I couldn't expect more
