The controller for this item however, was not working properly. The condition of the bag was top-tier. Everything came as the description said this was a gift for my mom, and she believed the quality of the bag is excellent. I would purchase from the seller again. The bag came completely packaged and in perfect condition. It had more wrapping on it than expected, and had the original tag/authenticity stuff. It came with all off the accessories, including a dust bag and a brown paper coach bag as if I bought it at the store myself. Once shipped, it arrived very quickly; like in about 4 days, and arrived very early.
