It arrived in excellent condition packaged in orininal box with all factory paperwork/manual, still wearing the protective covers on the crystal and bracelet clasp, leaving no doubt it is brand new and never worn. Overall, an outstanding value from an 5 star seller. I can only say "Thank You" to Watch Warehouse for their over the top handling of this transaction.
