The shipping of the watch took a long time, but it was well-packaged. The design is striking, the cost was ok, and the build quality is excellent. I have had a positive experience with Watchgooroo and would suggest them to anyone looking for good watches. My only gripe was that their customer service wasn't very helpful or quick to respond.

The manufacturer warranty card has been stamped as expected and the packaging is complete. International shipment done w/o any delay. Appreciated the option given to pay VAT, taxes and custom fees for UK delivery either upfront at shipment or at delivery (I selected the latter, no problems). Reasonable ETA which happened to be faster than advertised. Really good value for a brand new watch from a previous model year.
