It is nice, thin & good looking. Great keyboard! I would highly recommend this laptop and the seller! I’m sure I’m going to need their help with transferring data from my old laptop. They offer phone support and a 1 year warranty!

I believe the value to be very good. Battery life looks to be very good. I've bought a few laptops from AAA and have not been disappointed. Packaging was excellent too. Keys on the keyboard are perfect as is the touchpad. Excellent EBAY seller.

When I initiated a return, the seller reached out and offered to ship a replacement item. After I returned the original item, it took a few extra days for the seller to ship the replacement laptop. The replacement laptop was very good and working very well. Highly recommend this seller due to the fact that they owned the problem when things didn't go as expected and resolved the issue.
