Playing the title role in Jaws: Ultimate Predator, 3DS gamers become one with the most famously ferocious shark in all of pop culture. Channeling the highly destructive, dash-and-dine style of the publisher's 2006 console cult hit, Jaws Unleashed, Ultimate Predator gives Nintendo gamers their own opportunity to make it very unsafe to go back in the water. Defending his undersea domain against the encroachment of humankind, the mighty Great White battles an army of shark hunters throughout the adventure. Players use touch-screen controls to make the shark ram into ships, dodge from danger, and bite enemies. Special combo attacks, such as "Feeding Frenzy" and "Corkscrew Shred," are especially deadly when executed at the right time and place.
