I contacted the seller and then they contacted USPS personally and got it resolved within a day. Very responsive seller who went above and beyond to make sure I got my package! Power supply I received (-18v DC for my Mix12FX) fits, works and seems to be sturdy. Which is good because this power supply seems to be hard to find these days. Would recommend!
