After I received the laptop I must say I will never purchase new from a manufacture again! The item was terrific, looked as if had just came from the manufacture, keys show no sign of wear, all functions work as they should, system was configured as ordered, shipment was quick and communication was continous. I will defintently purchase from AAA PCs again! Thank You!

The laptop looked brand new. The price was about the same as what other sellers were offering. The only problem was with it not being a touch screen. I contacted the seller, and he was very fast to respond to the problem. I decided to return the item. The refund was within days. When I initiated a return, the seller reached out and offered to ship a replacement item. After I returned the original item, it took a few extra days for the seller to ship the replacement laptop. The replacement laptop was very good and working very well.
