The items arrived before the beginning of the shipping window and the items were exactly as described. The packing is great, even has 'fragile' stickers on the package and there was no movement in the pans. The seller communicated when shipping what to do if anything was wrong with the order, neither of my shipments had any issues. Excellent customer service!
