The tracking that was added to my order states that the package never left and it is still awaiting postal pickup. That was almost 15 days ago! I can deal with slow shipping but not a poor communicator. This seller in my honest opinion is a very communicator. I am very displeased and dissatisfied. Terrible customer care. I am very disappointed. No stars to leave, never arrived.

Shipment packaging was excellent and the watch did indeed look like brand new w/o any noticeable scratches or marring. As mentioned in the seller's description, there was not an oem box or charger or instructions. The aftermarket charger adequately works so far, but does get very warm, almost hot.
