  Some parts were left out of the packaging, leaving me unable to fit it to my motorcycle. They tried to help looking for the lost parts and offering a partial refund. Unfortunately I couldn’t fit it. I didn’t take them up on their partial refund. A replacement would had been good. They were polite every time they messaged me. I decided to purchase another one off another supplier. I will keep their incomplete one for spare parts.

  My little hedgehog arrived right on time and is just like his advertised photo. He was secure in his parcel and is of excellently made quality, condition, value for money and very cute. I highly recommend this seller if you are looking for that little something special and delightful. It will be a shame to stick a pin in him, perhaps he will just be sitting beside me while I stick a pin in something else. I highly recommend this seller for quality products and attention to postage.
