He is not the official Sebastian plush, though that was never promised I feel he should still have been. His scrambler and tail have messed up detail and his hair is pure flat. He had hot glue on his tail strap, he disnt look like the picture and is definitely a scam. Not worth that much money. I do love him though and he's my silly goober son,(he also camw early and I had no shipping problems) here's his pictures bellow.
