The bridge had broken into three small bits from a USPS whack (even though it had been packed securely); I took a photo for the seller and asked if a replacement bridge was available. Super fast response telling me they were mailing a replacement out right away and even provided the tracking. They mailed two replacement bridges so I'll have a spare in case I need it.
