This subwoofer surround is an exact fit and actually an upgrade to the OEM foam surround in that is made of rubber. One tip I would recommend is that when gluing the outer ring to the speaker frame, use a generous amount of glue so that it is still wet when pressing together - not like you would with contact cement - because if you haven't centered it exactly, and the voice coil rubs, you have plenty of time to recenter it.

Relatively simple to install (be careful when handling the metal "frame" of your speaker - edges are sharp). Was concerned about the amount of adhesive included, but there was more than enough to complete the job. Subwoofer sounds great!
