The delivery experience was a challenging one on this occasion as the item was shown as delivered when in fact it had not been. The seller responded immediately to my notification that the delivery had not occurred and agreed that it was not actually delivered to me. It then took multiple communications over two weeks to establish a new tracking number and delivery date. All good in the end though.

The item arrived very quickly in perfect condition. When i had a couple of challenges getting the laser cleaner running the seller answered every question super quickly with supporting photos. Could not be happier. I will be purchasing a larger model in the future if this machine operates as it should over the next 6 months.
