Miraculously the two units survived without any damage. Great value for the price, but cannot believe they shipped in a plastic bag. USA Seller is very likely a fib because the tracking number given was not from a domestic shipper which was then transferred to USPS. Make of that what you will. Otherwise, the patch panels are exactly as they show in the photo.
