    Buyer beware. Purchased Chanel white tweed sandals with a description of “pristine” condition. Sandals arrived with multiple yellow stains defacing both sandals. Quite rightly I asked for a partial refund, the seller offered me an insulting £50 refund (6%) and refused to offer a fair price commiserate with the damaged items.This is no way to conduct yourself in business, she should not be profiting at my expense with her lies and deception. shame on you! Avoid transacting with this seller.

    Seller beware, she wants to buy at her price and when you don’t agree holds you to ransom. The goods were as described, I’ve been an Ebayer for 19 years without any negative feedback, this was simply buyers remorse, she’d over stretched herself financially and invented a tale to force me to reduce the item by a further £200 when I refused she wrote “At this point and if you have been fair in your response and actions I will remove the negative feedback” I obviously reported her. Tread carefuly

    Unfortunately, the dress was lost in transit. The seller was unbelievable, keeping me updated at every turn. She was clearly very upset. There was no problem with a refund, it was there before I even suggested it. These things happen in online purchasing. What matters is the the attitude of the seller and the no-quibbles resolution. In light of this I would use this seller again and I highly recommend them to everyone. Many thanks from Ruth x
