They were happy to have the joysticks sent back to have them reconfigured. Not only did they do the job professionally, but they replaced rubber bumpers and did an excellent job on repackaging and shipping! All of this was done with excellent communication. The quality is good for the cost and it arrived in new condition. The tray fits all of my 2600 cartrdiges perfectly and arrived only 4 days after ordering, so it was shipped fast too.
