I messaged AutoMysticfj explaining my disappointment.. Cloe replied quickly and was very apologetic. We communicated a couple of times and she offered a refund deal which I agreed to. I was told not to return the item, just take pictures and send them instead..Even though the product was disappointing, the customer service and communication were excellent. Thanks for your help and understanding..
