When I initiated a return, the seller reached out and offered to ship a replacement item. After I returned the original item, it took a few extra days for the seller to ship the replacement laptop. The replacement laptop was very good and working very well. Highly recommend this seller due to the fact that they owned the problem when things didn't go as expected and resolved the issue.

I contacted the seller, and he was very fast to respond to the problem. I decided to return the item. The refund was within days. Very well packaged, I would have no reservation in ordering from AAA PC in the future. They even sent the AC adapter which was omitted in the package contained the laptop before I notced it was missing. Fantastic customer service!
