Frame was loose in box, with 12 pack empty boxes of soda for protection in main box that were loose in box aswell. I'm sad about the frame and noticed the damage at a later time. I tried to reach out about it but he thought it was strange I noticed it at a later time, and he did not go out of his way to help me on my project with a claim. If you have big items, beware of his shipping methods. He also shipped through FedEx.
