After they received their order a 30"x40" Swaddle they messaged us and said they received a small blanket but not a Swaddle or headband and wanted a partial refund. The blanket they received is the swaddle the only thing they purchase and we showed them their receipt. After we showed them the receipt they kept demanding we send them a blanket and headband.
