It seemed that the box came undone and it had to be replaced by the post office. However the jacket is in pristine condition just as described. Communication has been great with the seller while dealing with shipping issues. My items were packaged with care, the seller combined shipping for me, and responded very quickly in our communication. I had a small issue with this order where tape was used to secure an item, damaging the finish. When I let the seller know, they responded quickly and kindly to fix the issue and to let me know that my concerns about the tape were heard.
