My parcel arrived with the cassette poking out the side of the box. When I messaged with a problem they said it looks ok on the pictures, no offer of replacement or return. As purchaser I was advised to select "collect my item purchased" which would not generate shipping charges on that item. Then I was to inform them to ship it with the other item. This made sense until I searched for the "collect" option regarding shipping. There was no such option and I ended up paying shipping on both items.
