The turn around time from the make of the item to the shipping and when I received it was just a couple of days.     The item mailed from Florida to Oregon and IMO wasn't packaged appropriately for what it was and how far it was traveling & unfortunately it did arrive damaged. The seller was outstanding though in understanding, they stated that sometimes they arrive fine but occassionally get damaged in transit. The refund was fast and painless.

    Fantastic plates and wonderful seller. Worked with me on a custom frame and it was perfect. Communication was quick and easy and the final product was delivered safely and quickly.
