Appreciate that return option is extended due to delayed arrival. I would gladly pay more for a speedier delivery on most items. Maybe offer airmail options for Hawaii buyers? The shoes are as pictured; in nearly new condition (except for no insoles - as described by seller). Great price.. Love my "new" Hokas! Thanks!
