Low power conserves energy... But no one said if you put it on high power and only partially squeeze the throttle you still only use minimum power. In doing so the extra power is there if you need it but again conserving juice if you don't pull the trigger all the way. It works just like a "gas pedal" !

I ended up needing to return this and CPO Outlets was 100% easy t work with. They allowed my return and could have chosen not to due to my blunder. I sent 5-6 emails to them and each time they communicated immediately. No waiting 2 days for an answer. The cordless DeWalt tool I purchased was refurbished and looked absolutely brand new with a new manual. I would definitely recommend CPO Outlets!!!!!
