I purchased two KMC X11 EPT chains which came in a plastic bag rather than the usual sealed KMC plastic box. For this reason, and the low price, there is debate online as to whether they are counterfeits. However, I believe they are genuine. Using a magnifying glass, I compared a KMC X11 EPT chain which came in a sealed box from an established supplier with the two I purchased from Sport & Leisure and found them to be almost identical across 8 areas of comparison

As purchaser I was advised to select "collect my item purchased" which would not generate shipping charges on that item. Then I was to inform them to ship it with the other item. This made sense until I searched for the "collect" option regarding shipping. There was no such option and I ended up paying shipping on both items. My parcel arrived with the cassette poking out the side of the box. When I messaged with a problem they said it looks ok on the pictures, no offer of replacement or return. Had to get it checked by 3rd party. Terrible seller, I recommend you buy elsewhere.
