The seller was brilliant at communicating, even though he was on holiday when I bought it. He was great at keeping me updated and when the clock arrived it was really well packaged and even included some batteries and some Haribo sweets - thank you!! I'm really delighted with my clock and would highly recommend Russell to anyone - brilliant!
