And the ebay team announcement says that this is required, for avoiding "delays", but the info is not passed appropriately... Seller was very nice and communicative. I'm pleased with the customer care highly recommended

Especially when the device I was ordering is like from the '90s or something. A marine surplus item, a signaling device during restricted visibility on the open water. Well the item came from India to California in like 3 days. I bought a little mini pizzo buzzer so I can hook this thing up to test it. Works perfectly. Super fast shipping and the item is exactly as described. I couldn't be happier. Great seller. Thank you :)
