The design is a bit different from the photos, the lock is not on the side but straight under the handle which make it difficult to set the security code and even more difficult to carry the bag as the lock will be under your fingers causing pressure and pain on the fingers. I would have been happier if I've received the one with the lock on the side as in the photo. I will see how good it is in a couple of weeks on my next trip. Thank you

Had to receive the faulty one back first so the whole procedure took approx two weeks. The replacement I wasn't 100% happy with as the lining inside didn't completely cover the bottom. However I didn't have time to wait another 2 weeks for another replacement, and as this was my only issue I decided to keep it. I must mention that seller was very happy to refund or replace again tho.
