Item is exactly as described and works well, very quiet with just water - as a dry run to check for leaks, none found. Not so quiet with 50 rounds of .223 Remington and 1/2 kg of stainless steel pins, but that was expected. Speed #1 is fast enough for cleaning up cases, I doubt I'll need to go any faster, though cleaning up case lube with warm/hot water and detergent after full length resizing could probably go quicker.

I did not need to open the box. the seller agreed to give me a part refund of $50 and allowed me to keep the item rather than go through the rigmarole of returning and restocking it. I was very happy with this arrangement even though I will have to dispose of the tumbler myself.
