There would have been visual damage on the outside of the box since there was substantial damage inside. Does that not make sense. Dag , I never thought that we would ever get to this stage. I’ve always considered you to be fair. So, does FedEx pay for the entire purchase or will they try to have the speakers repaired? Speakers were accurately listed with photos to verify condition. This seems more like damage of item during shipping. I cannot be responsible for damage of an item that was caused by the delivery company (UPS). Item was insured for the full amount. Recommend the buyer open up a claim with UPS. Sorry you had a bad experience.
