Contacted the seller but didn’t get a response until I contacted eBay. Then the seller responded, said they were mailing the package priority, but then failed to mail it for another 4-5 days. Got the right dvd set but not all of the correct dvds were in the boxes. Seller again failed to respond to my message. Incompetent, inability to communicate as a responsible human being, shouldn’t be allowed to sell

On arrival I messaged them, no reply, waited a few days, sent another message - no reply. Then opened an item not as described return - seller promptly replied and issued a full refund and said keep the CDs. This was very generous goingabove and beyond to resolve.
