Their delivery package was exceptional in the detailed explanations and QA. I chose this Dell laptop because of the large screen and was not disappointed. Logged into Dell support for the 11 latest updates. Dell offers a support contract after completing the transfer ownership form. However at $190 it only covers software and no hardware. So for recovery I went with my own backup solution (Hint: Storagecraft/Arcserv) at a lower cost and security.

I contacted the seller, and he was very fast to respond to the problem. I decided to return the item. The refund was within days.
