But they could not provide me with a prepaid return label. They then instructed me to return it in the very difficult way they provided. They then tried to charge a restocking fee which was contrary to their advertized policy. They then asked me to lie about the reason for returning and to lie about the condition and value. I considered that to be unethical so I closed the return request.
