  The seller provides first class customer service and the pipe was extremely well packaged, so it arrived in perfect condition. He was also extremely understanding and helpful when problems with shipping arose. Unfortunately, the local delivery company is/was terrible and did not notify me when or where they had dumped my package - I had to find out myself using the tracking number. I had expected it to be delivered to my home and wish I’d been told, in advance, that I had to collect it instead.
