Extremely poor customer service in my book. We will attempt to “ make it work” as it is too late to send it back for a refund, but we are extremely dissatisfied. Took pictures and can add them if you want. Bought these from other eBay seller which took 2 weeks to ship, then got 1/2" Rebars, instead of 1/4" Smooth Rods. Due to size had to drive 1 hour to find a FedEx that would accept that large return package. This time, I received exactly what I ordered in only 2 days. Plus I got good deal on a 5 pack when other seller only ordered 4 paying just a few $ less that what this 5pk cost, so deal this was very good price. Would do business again with this seller. Many thanks.
