I reached out to see how to handle the return because I’ve never had to return anything. He immediately responded and found out what happened and ended up being an honest mistake. Without hesitation, he sent out the correct jersey and told me to keep the jersey that was already sent. I wish it would let me give more than 5 stars because this guy deserves it!
