The only issue I encountered, probably true of all single sided printed flags, if your decision is to display the flag against the wall, the proper protocol for displaying an American flag is to have the union field to the left on the observed side, leaving the rougher finish side of the flag showing out.

I got the correct flag today and they even sent the mailer and return label at no extra cost. I feel I got a good value fory flag and the condition was new as stated. Communication was prompt and they made sure both sides understood each other. The quality is superb. No tears or holes in the flag either. I still give them 5 stars
