The instructions are a little bit on the weak side. I feel there is not enough information on the instructions in detail to cover different aspects of the installation process however, I am not an expert on installation so this could be on me.

He told me that he wants the screen replacement, but he still wants to get partial refund, otherwise he will leave us the negative feedback.
